We have found an approach to using online communications that adds value to the experience of patients for both private practices and large organizations.
Good communication between doctors and their patients is extremely important. Time spent with patients has become more limited, and therefore, new ways of communicating information to patients are being used. The web solutions that we provide allow our clients in the medical field to communicate in efficient and timely ways with their patients. They also allow our clients to take an active role in easily and quickly updating and changing information on their sites.
Recently, we completed the Blue Fish Pediatrics Web site. We designed this site to handle an ever-changing database of useful information for parents. The doctors or assigned office staff can easily update and edit information on the site themselves. As well, they can email updates and bulletins to patients who have subscribed through the Web site.
