Jonathan has worked in many fields of photography since the start of his career. He began appreciating the composition and design elements that make great photographs stand out at Savage Design Group in Houston, TX. At Savage Design, Jonathan became the resident photographer, shooting portfolio pieces and getting exposure to the 360 degree VR or panoramic photography technology.
Since then, Jonathan has analyzed the techniques of great photographers and applies them to all his photograhs. While living in Washington State, Jonathan created a site featuring a 360 degree tour of Bellingham, WA. The tour was later customized as an exhibit of the Whatcom Museum of History and Art. Later, Jonathan created lifestyle photography and produced photos of an entire product line as Art Director of Brenthaven Computer Cases.
Today, Jonathan takes a camera just about everywhere he goes. South Austin is a great place for practicing the perfect shot. Here in Austin, Jonathan’s photography portfolio includes Paste Magazine, Rollingstone Magazine, From House to Home Magazine, Dell Computers, Pacific Design, SAVVY Vodka, Perfect 10 Wines, the Sutton Company, Ron Byrd MD, and Antone’s Night Club.
